The Position:

As Territory Sales Manager at Bectran, it’s essential that you have the breadth of knowledge to lead and execute the full sales cycle process: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Practical sales experience in the Fintech industry or general software sales experience is required for the right candidate to succeed.

The Territory Sales Manager should be committed to hiring, developing, and retaining top talents. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals while at the same time actively participating in the full life cycle of the new customer acquisition process.

Candidates must possess very strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to think conceptually and pragmatically; capable of communicating with senior executives and becoming a trusted advisor on Bectran products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our sales team every single day
  • Build and grow the enterprise business pipeline
  • Comfortable in making cold and warm calls to highly targeted prospects
  • Act as a player/coach, can initiate and close deals and play a hands-on role in the creation of opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles which include prospecting, qualifying, strategizing, and closing transactions
  • Drive significant growth from new clients, achieving or exceeding individual and team quotas and revenue goals
  • Define, execute, and maintain an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Manage team level sales activities through Salesforce reporting
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within our Enterprise market segments

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, Enterprise software sales
  • Successfully sold enterprise software into Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with client
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
